The FINTEK PCIe-to-Serial driver is a software package designed for FINTEK's PCI Express (PCIe) to Serial Port Adapter cards. These cards are used to add serial ports (RS-232, RS-485, or RS-422) to a computer through the PCIe slot, allowing older serial devices (such as barcode scanners, point-of-sale systems, industrial equipment, or printers) to be connected to a modern computer or server that may lack native serial ports.
