Uninstalling or Updating the Driver

If you need to update or uninstall the Validity Fingerprint driver:

  1. Open Device Manager.
  2. Right-click on the Fingerprint Sensor (under Biometric Devices or Imaging Devices).
  3. Select Update Driver to search for newer versions.
  4. To uninstall, right-click the device and select Uninstall device.

After uninstalling, you can reinstall the driver by following the steps above.
